I got the house noodle soup and added bok choy. I had the shrimp stir fried noodles and beef cold noodles for my family to-go. Everything was prepared super fast. It is my second time here and it has been consistently good! Would recommend :
Bring a jacket cause it's a fridge inside! Perhaps I didn't order right but the dry spicy flat hand-made noodles looked the best. It turned out to be extremely salty. Thankfully not too spicy though. The noodles were super long and hard to pick up with chopsticks because of the heavy grease. I didn't finish my meal because it was too salty and greasy. It's pretty typical Chinese where they assumed I spoke mandarin and kinda rushed for us to pay the bill by bringing it over pretty soon and checking on it frequently. But they have a cool painting, plenty of napkins&utensils, and a fly zapper to keep out nasty bugs.
No frills just really good noodles. The texture on the noodle is really springy and fresh. Soup on point too.
Wow. Get out. We saw a show in this type of Chinese noodle soup and looked for a place in LA. This is it. It's 1000% authentic. You can watch the chef stretching the noodles almost table side. The broth is like a warm hug. All the different noodle shapes were amazing, and they do completely change the texture. The restaurant is so unpretentious. You have to be looking or you'd never find it. A simple stall in a low budget strip mall. Service was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. I say I like a lot of ethnic restaurants, but I never go back. I will be back here.
