My favorite hot pot place! The service is amazing from the host to their servers. The only place I'll wait 1.5 hours for. My go to broth is their pork bone. It's so rich and flavorful! Their sauce bar offers many sauces that you can play around with too! The meat selection is very fresh alongside with their seafood choices. This place is easy one of my top 3

I came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday on Wednesday night (10/11). This place has changed a lot. Our waitress that night seldom checked on us , nearly no conversation with us. She was always not around. We had to ask other waiter for tongs. We had to find her to add the broth. And no offering for the help with the shrimp paste. After we apparently finish our hotpot for a while (over 10 mins) still nobody come check on us. I had to ask other waiter for our cake. And we wait another 10 mins for her to bring out the cake. And all the dirty plates were still on the table. It's just...it's super disappointing because I took my boyfriend here for his birthday celebration. And it turns out to be the worst birthday dinner experience. I always dine here, and also celebrated friends and my own birthday here too. I can clearly tell the difference. (The celebrating atmosphere and service). I feel sad because Haidilao is always my favorite restaurant. And now the service here got worser than a normal restaurant. Haidilao Arcadia used to have many nice and welcoming waitresses/ waiters, what is going on now? I don't pay to get ignored. I dine here two weeks ago too, and the waiter that night was super nice. Besides, there's a survey link sent after dinner. I wrote the suggestions about the situation that night but no one ever reply me. If you don't care about what your customer think what's the point of asking for suggestion?

Overall a good hotspot place! We went on a Tuesday late afternoon and it wasn't busy. The waiter answered all of our questions since we have not had hotpot in awhile. The food was pretty good and the service was great.

The gold standard for Chinese hot pot! HAIDILAO is always consistent with quality, service, and taste. My favorite soup bases are the beef tallow spicy, regular spicy, and green Szechuan pepper numbing soup! Their meat quality is so good that I keep returning even though you can purchase their soup bases at supermarkets. I love the wide variety of sauces and snacks at the self serve station. Their service is well known and impecable every time! Only issue is probably finding parking if you're going during a busy day!
