Mcdonald's - Arcata

Went through the drive thru, did not get a receipt. Got my order and went home. Found out the order was wrong and had to go back. The manager asked for my receipt,told him I wasn't given one. He asked the person running the drive thru and she said she gave a receipt to everyone. He then looked through the computer and kept saying it's not here, from that statement it made me feel that he was calling me a liar. The person from the drive thru came over and found it. They finally replaced my order. I checked it to make sure it was right and didn't say thank you. The manager made a comment about that. I told him I would not thank them for getting my order wrong and calling me a liar. He said he didn't have anything to do with it and I told him he was the manager therefore any mistakes made by his employees were his mistakes because he was in charge. I will not return to this establishment .

Wow locked bathrooms and almost zero service. Worst McDonald's ever

They will waste your time and gas if you do a mobile order by either closing early or can 't 'see ' your order in the system if you use appdeals. Garbage franchise. Owner does not care. Keep driving.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not a local to the area and I frequent here once a month to see my terrible ex and my beautiful child. Besides my child this McDonald's is what lights my days out here cus it sure ain't seeing my ex. The food is always made especially delicious. Ordered a double quarter pounder and it looked just like in the commercials and pictures. The fries were crispy and well salted. And let me tell you about the soda. The coke was hitting hitting. Gas was crazy in it my souls almost left my body. The workers may always be higher than girrafe knuckles but they know what they doing back there. Been coming here for about 2 years and haven't had one complaint.

It 's mc Donald 's not much else to say! With the exception that when I asked for an extra sauce by saying I understand they cost .25 cents no problem I would like a total of 3 please. The response from the Mgr was "I can do that and there is no charge!
