Riptide Cafe - Arcata

Riptide is a lovely coffee shop, but I was sad to find out that each size gets 2 shots of espresso, and I got charged for a straw. Normally not a huge deal, but if asked, I would have said no to the straw, and I would have happily provided a personal cup if I thought they'd use it. After adding a flavor, my 20oz iced americano was $6.25. When I go out of town, I love stopping at random coffee shops, but the breakdown on this one hurt a bit.

Customer service and public relations are at an all time high. Molly runs the show so there’s that. She’s my fav hands down. Stay away from Dutch Bros, she can see ya! But seriously, Riptide and the personnel are my go to coffee drive thru peoples. Love n aloha always!!!

Wonderful taste but could be a little warmer. Otherwise top notch on coffee and sandwiches.

Soooooo good the person who made my coconut milk cinnamon matcha knows what they’re doing it was the best matcha i’ve ever had!
