This tofu is always amazing. It is grown in the USA, certified organic, and locally produced. Highly recommended whenever it is available. You can find it at Northcoast Coop and Yerka Natural Foods.
I always purchase this local tofu. I often use the extra firm variety in a curry that I make, and I cannot praise enough the superior quality of this tofu. The restaurant also serves it in the cafeteria, where it can be enjoyed simply and cold on a salad without being slimy or strange. I have never encountered such high quality tofu anywhere else, unless I were dining at an upscale Asian restaurant. Additionally, they make excellent snack sticks. I personally enjoy the smoked variety, but I know others who prefer the grilled option.
First I'm a soy lover. I love those. I can eat raw unflamed block tofu as others on earthy munch, but how amazingly great it is when I have the option for tasty aromen and textures beyond the block! So my faves of barbecue and the spicy barbecue sticks are great, but they are my favorites. not sure, because that would mean that I like them better than the alder smoked sticks. but if I claimed that it was as my favorites, it would mean that I better than the amazingly delicious sausage patties. it is easy to decide and for a change to the solid items, try some of the tofu dill dip, or the stunning smoked tofu spread. and also, super and fresh made soymilk in flat, vanilla or chocolate yumm! made with all organic soybeans and organic and fresh ingredients. her claim on rest is small batches handmade order it from the shop, or get it in any local store and many restaurants that she will go in the graphic, will use tofu shop products.
