Marco's Pizza - Archbold

The mobile ordering system at this restaurant is not functioning properly. The manager explained that it occasionally has glitches. She was not willing to honor the discount that I would have received if I had ordered online. Regrettably, her customer service skills are lacking in some areas.

I ordered a pizza tonight and the person who answered the phone was really nice. The delivery person was amazing too! Thank you for the great customer service!

I ordered a thin-crust pizza but received a thick crust instead. I also asked for a Diet Pepsi but was given regular Sierra Mist. Disappointing experience overall.
