Castillo De Somaen - Arcos de Jalon

Ate here for supper and it was tasty! Ate again for breakfast after staying in the castle overnight and the breakfast was plentiful. The crushed tomato dish on toast or bread was amazing!!

The site is spectacular also the facilities. the very attentive staff. But there's a star and a half left. It is not 5 stars a brick juice and a very bad Iberian ham. There is no luggage service although it says yes, but when you see that there is only one person in the hotel it is shameful to request it, and that it is a place with slopes and stairs to reach the rooms. or they put more personal and supplier for these small details or that eliminate a star

Sad. I was thinking of staying at this hotel but seeing the negative reviews and there's no response from the hotel, I'm going to avoid taking risks. I'm really sorry, it seemed a good place, but for a few days of vacation we have, better go to the safe. I urge the owners to respond to the comments, there are some very devastating.

The place is very nice, a wonder. place with lots of charm and surrounded by a fantastic landscape. good attention to the staff and it's a drop. the score is for some discomfort in our rooms (2 and 3) that have deserved our stay. on 17 and 18 August the temperatures have been very low and the rooms were cold and not at a proper temperature. Not the room. 2 has an unpleasant smell of pipe that was mitigated a bit with the ozone disinfectant, being a night we celebrate. the water did not reach (in 3) a high temperature and / or with the cold of the room the shower was not very pleasant. the food (dinner and breakfast) was good and varied (perhaps olive oil is abused in all dishes as in a entrecot, it does not need oil). highlight that breakfast is buffet, but a la carte, you can ask as much as you want and are preparing it, very good detail. it has very nice common areas and with a lot of drop it was noticed that it is created to make the traveler feel good. insists that it is a very nice and pleasant hotel, a pity those inconveniences I think are punctual and easily improved. It's worth including on our trips.
