I can't really say much about their entire menu. I can however attest to my favorites. Double cheeseburger, fries, Mtn Dew, and a large triple chocolate Blizzard .
I’m a big fan of DQ but this branch has a manager( Sandra) that literally yelled at me the customer, through the drive thru window. She yelled “ May I help you…… we don’t like being stared at”. I was watching them as they made my ice cream. I was deeply discouraged in the restaurant. I recommend that you not even look at their staff due to the severe hostility and threatening behaviors of the manager. They have a great product but we still had to wait 30 minutes for our desserts even after they had closed. Even after a wait I was smiling and understand but then I was met with such angry and rude service for looking through a window. The other staff appeared traumatized and I won’t be back. Future employees and customers be warned. This is the reason so many DQs are going out of business. Can’t keep staff or customers.Kid-friendliness: My son in a wheel chair was present in the vehicle and was very upset by the psychotic/ paranoid behaviors of the manager.
NEVER open on time. No one answers when you pull into the drive thru. I waited 6 minutes to order. Employees see you at the window and completely ignore you. Extremely rude. It took me 20 minutes to get a burger with no other customers even there. Ridiculous
They seem to have a hard time finding help but the lady and young man working tonight did a really good job. My wife and I got a banana split each and they looked just like the picture and it was great. The bananas were fresh
