Contribuisci feedbackTuesday August 30th. There was mold on the foot-long chili-dog back. It wasn't possible. called Sonic and spoke to the responsible person who refused to compensate me for the moldy foods. In fact, she acted as if there was no possibility that her bread was tasty. It was delicious. Too bad companies treat their customers so badly today. I even tipped the ridiculous food prices. Anyway, I won't be back and warn others.
It's usually very good. They were very busy. I didn't care about the extra toppings on my hot dog because they accidentally messed up my order. I didn't want to disturb her with the change. The onion rings were as usual brilliant.
The service was terrible. Was incredibly polite for my servers, the man over the intercom that took my order was very friendly and pleasant to speak, but the guy who gave me my food, Carhop Tyler, was incredibly rude. I stared down when he approached my car, ignored me and became angry at me to give him money, and went into a fit to give me my change as if I had insulted him somehow. Would 100% reconsider these children's employment if I were the owners, as a respectful person like this will drive away business.
Ordered food for picking up on this place by the sonic app by 10 o'clock. the situation was surprisingly busy, so it was understandable that it would wait a little. it took 15 minutes to get the food, and the staff was not friendly at all. also he did not offer an apology, nor did he give up the long waiting period. only a little Kurtesian would have been a long way to maintain for the slow service. that said eating was really good and tasted hot and fresh.
I'm sure they're understaffed as is everyone but they took care of three waves of drive thru before addressing customers that were using speakers. We were there a total of 38 minutes for an ice cream cone, sundae and mozzarella sticks. I'd say skip it for now.
