The only drawbacks are that the room is tight and there can be a waiting time because it is popular. The staff is very efficient without the customers feeling as if they were worn out. The different varieties of eggs Benedict are our favorites, but are only offered on weekends. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing.
This beautiful little hidden jewel was a leak to the ear. The service is great with friendly staff. The food is good and at a fair price. The freshness threw me away. This is a treat for your taste. We built our own Omelette, had the Crab Benedict and Sampler French Toast. Smores, Cinnamon toast crunch and very berry. Awesome!!!!
Hold the train and get me more of the bacon! Ardmore Station Café is a small place located at Ardmore Station. They cure a great breakfast and the type of high-quality coffee that kept the trains running for 100 years. Saturday morning at 8:30 am and my companion and I have branched from Havertown. Today we are in Ardmore a suburb of Havertown. The Ardmore Station Café is located on the second floor above the actual station. All surfaces are immaculately clean and the chrome shines on the salt and pepper shaker. The cafe is essentially a large, probably harsh, flowing room. It has a high ceiling with unmatched tiles and an upper light. If you are looking for ambience, stay on the train. If you are looking for delicious food, creative French toast combinations, high-quality coffee and bacon that melts in your mouth; then you came to the right station. I ordered the roasted coconut palms with a never-ending serving of this premium Java. My companion, overwhelmed by the French toast decisions, ordered the sampler. She has three different types of French toast to sample. She chose: Peanut Butter Banana, Speculoos Stuffed and S’mores. And of course we ordered a page of bacon. Did I mention the bacon? Thickness cut and cooked to the perfect crumb factor! Breakfast for two with extra bacon and coffee was just under $20. There were many seats at 8:30, but at 9:AM there was a short waiting time. If you are looking for a chic epicurean, then you should never eat at the station. But if you are looking for great food at a great price in a unique local environment, then park your caboose at the Ardmore Station Café. TheBillo313
Great breakfast place near home and busy. You have to get there early and order an omelette and the French toast is so good!
