The manager austin very rude bad service the disgusting chicken. we need restaurants with better service

I set up a schedule. When I came home, it was wrong. I called and they agreed to restore it. I went to the front counter people tried to give me the wrong order again. Finally, a guy came forward in a black shirt (I'll take the guy from the phone call) and got it right. No one offered an apology for their mistake or recognized any inconvenience on my part. There is no feedback on the company website it says to take it with your local business. I don't have much confidence in her feedback system. At least after two rides and a phone call I got the right order.

This is one of the few fast food places that we will eat in Ardmore because of how clean it is in the kitchen and the dinning room. It's consistently clean and the employees seem like they have it together as well.

Chicken was dry and tough and now you have to pay extra for dipping sauces. Use to go there weekly, time to find a new place
