The Raj - Ards

My favourite Indian food takeaway in Comber and Ards area. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. The decor in the dining area of the restaurant is basic but the food more than makes up for it. There is no corkage charge for our own wine so it is a very reasonably priced dining experience. I have always received a small complimentary Bailey's each time I have dined there. Looking forward to my next visit with friends

Take away delivered for my wife and I, arrived piping hot and everything was so tasty. We have been ordering from the Raj for 30 years and have rarely been disappointed. Best Indian restaurant in Comber, possibly the best in NI! Thanks again for a fantastic meal.

Food excellent as always they need to employ more staff 3 people waiting for carryout not good going from kitchen to serving tables.

People swear by this Indian, they do amazing lamb rogan josh that’s done with a layer of cream. Free popadums. The price isn’t too expensive and it’s nice inside. It’s one of the oldest Indians established in the 80s.

The Raj doesn’t disappoint, it is consistently good. Came here bank holiday weekend, the food is so fresh and staff provided a friendly atmosphere. Catered well for our children 8 6, they had home made chicken nuggets, we had tandoori prawns sizzling, good quality and plentiful, also lamb saag which was so fresh and mild, very relaxed and even though we didn’t bring our own wine (had a bottle of house white) it was still good value.
