Mcdonald's - Argos

Horrible service. The lady at nights sucks. On 5/1/24. She gets on the com says I’m super busy I’ll get to when I can. We wait and wait. Then they start taking the other peoples orders that just drove up. We order a Carmel frappe and Carmel ice coffee he says yes he has it. She said nope the machine is broken I haven’t had time to fix it and probably won’t. This isn’t the first time for her. They were not busy. Another night I ordered 2 chicken sandwich’s nuggets and burgers I had to return my whole order because she made the come out and check my bag for a chicken sandwich that wasn’t there and it took 20 minutes in the pouring rain. My kids food was cold by that time and when they refunded my money it was the wrong amount. So if they could get 0 stars I would give that. It’s ashame because this store use to be decent.

Food was cold by the time we got it one of the people serving us was rude to customers and other employees

The vanilla ice coffee tasted like water down. But the sandwich was McDonald's standard,GREAT.

I waited in a very long line and placed my order on the kiosk for one large caramel iced coffee. When I finally got it it was a very pale yellow cup of what was basically water and cream. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could put more coffee in it and she said she would remake it. When she gave me the new one it was exactly the same. There was no flavor it tasted like straight up water. I went to the gas station side of the store and doctored it up a little bit to make it a little more worth my while. I will not come to this McDonald's again.

The last 2 times we have went to this location it has been terrible. On one visit they were using 2 liters to fill drinks. They were on a boil water order and instead of telling us this and letting us decide if we wanted drinks they went ahead just served us 2 liter drinks. The drinks were flat. Tonight we went again and this time the fries were actually undercooked and we were not sure about the chicken nuggets being cooked completely too.
