The person in the drive thru not only completed my order her brought it out to my car in the rain! My pizza and wings were made hot and fresh. Definitely gained a loyal customer!

The sign said express lunch Pizza $5 Side Salad $3 Drink $1 Ordered pizza and a drink. Decided later to add a salad. Was charged $4.90 for it. When I said sign says $3 cashier said that was the old price and that the only reason that sign was out there was to keep people from tripping over the pipe sticking out of the ground and that corporate controls the price of things. I complained to no avail and it was busy so I didn't want to tie up the line. Still waiting on a call back from corp. Food was hot and fresh and the salad was ok, nothing fancy about it. I will not be back to that location again. Cashier was a airhead

Ordered at 6:56pm with expected time of 7:30.I was in the drive thru line at approximately 7:25, was number 3 in line. When I was at the window, the time was 7:30.Upon being asked about the order, I was told “it is still in the oven. You can wait here”. About 5-7 minutes later, I was presented an order that was not mine. The employee looked confused, checked around and then stated again “it is in the oven”.Now there were 2 more vehicles behind me and I was asked if I would park so the others could get their items.I came into the store to wait. Upon entering, I was asked my name so I stated I was in the drive thru lane and the order wasn’t completed.At this time I was told my order was #3 in line for the oven (time now 7:45-7:50) and that I could have a complimentary soda for the inconvenience (politely declined).When the item in the oven was completed (which I presume was the pasta) I was given the pizza and pasta but not the wings (employee went and retrieved). I was not given a “thank you” nor a “sorry for the wait”.I feel that the pasta was overlooked until I arrived at the store. If this is the case, I should have been given the option of passing on the pasta or to wait for it.When I arrived with the food at my house (less than 10 minutes from the store), the pizza was not correct (given thin crust vs hand tossed), it was cold and the wings were cool to warm.Being asked for a tip prior to receiving my order is wrong. If I could I would take the tip back.This store has lost a customer. I will not return, nor will I recommend anybody to patronize this location.
