Contribuisci feedbackThis is an awful takeaway, when we ordered 3 pizza for delivery the website looks quite swish so didn't think there would be problems, how wrong that was!! We called after an hour to ask if the pizza was going to be delivered, they gave us some story about not being able to find us we gave them the postcode again and referred them to the booking form with a map showing where we were. After another 30 minutes we called them again and they said thier driver was out driving around trying to find us we were about 5 mins drive from them and on a main road. After another 30 mins we called them again to cancel the order as we didn't want a 2hour old pizza they then said no it was only cooked 10 mins ago!!!! We then said forget it and refund us, they said that could not be done and if we wanted a refund we would have to visit the shop the following day. We felt uncomfortable and even cancelled our debit card!! Next day we went to get the refund seeing the takeaway in the flesh it's not the kind of place we would ever go near quite run down and dirty. We went in and after speaking to 3 people we were given a cash refund, they offered us drinks but we didn't take them. In short DON'T USE

Vile rancid food place has gone down hill big time Was okay few months bag Place has never been clean but i guess that's a culture thing Anyway the food now is rancid...pink chicken in pakoras salad in display cabinets looked all wilted sauces all split which tells me they are old... Report made to environmental health board. Do yourself a favour and avoid
We ordered a takeaway for delivery, which arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later. 20 mins late. Half the order was missing! We had to go to the takeaway as the phones were not being answered. Which kind of defeated the purpose of delivery. There were another 2 customers there with wrong orders too. To be fair they did make a whole new order for us and the food was good when we finally sat down to eat.
On 19 jan 2020, I ordered a delivery from this place for the first time. I am a local and this generally isn’t the place folk go to, they go to kebabish which is simply in food type, but miles ahead in quality. I decided to use this place because I wasn’t feeling too great and didn’t want to leave the house, and this place is the closest to my home. I placed the order at 5.05pm in the hope that I’d beat the dinner rush, and was told it would be 45mins via email. Once we reached the hour, I called to check on it, they said the were very busy and it would be there soon. Another 90 minutes came and went and I called again complaining, they apologised and I said that it wasn’t good enough, we had actually went to the supermarket and had snacks in the time we were waiting. When the food arrived, most of it was soggy, and the order was completely wrong. For example, we asked for a plain kebab with a side of chilli sauce, and got a kebab full of salad and mayo and some sort of other mayo dip. Again, I called and they said next time I order, it will be on the house to the value of my order. The man again called an hour later saying the same thing. I had no intention of cashing in on that as the food was pathetic. I sent an email the next day offering some friendly advice and help and got a pleasant response. They said they were under new management and were just trying things out. Fast forward 6 weeks and I am in the house with the kids, not wanting to leave the house but hungry, I thought il give them another go, using my free meal that was promised, only to be met with accusations of trying to get a freebie and having no proof. I sent some of the correspondence to them expecting them to say yes we remember, but they stuck to their guns, saying they can’t give me free food. The tone of the response was deliberate, and suggesting I’m asking for free food is inflammatory in my opinion, as I would have just went to the place to get my money back on the original night, which is what I should have done. The common excuse I have discovered is that they say they are under new management, however I drive past every day and it’s the same faces for the last 3 years anyway. I’m so annoyed with them not being honourable, and accusing me of lying. They really must need the money, and it’s the last £23 they will ever get from me. I’ve only ever felt obliged to write a review on 2 occasions, this being the second, and the first was after having a great experience. This lot have taken a liberty, and I think they need to learn about honour. Despite that, the food was disgusting, maybe because it had been sitting out for ages, but you would be better buying frozen kebabs and sticking them in the microwave. Delivery service is also shockingly slow.
