The Old Kiln Cafe - Argyll Bute

Despite having to order from avan in the car park the food was just as good as usual. Always a smile from the staff

Although not quite as awesome in the Ardstream as the Café, which should be fully open again soon, the food quality was nevertheless great. Terrific BBQ burgers and a great environment in the courtyard.

The new bistro is a great addition. Much more convenient to be able to book ahead. Service was great friendly and welcoming and efficient. The food was AMAZING! The deconstructed fish pie was so good I could have eaten it twice! My husband loved the plaice and apple crumble. The menu is smaller but very creative in terms of the flavours and unusual combinations. Old favourite of Cullen skink still there so panic not. Wine list could do with extending. Please open for dinner too Jackie!

We enjoyed a great lunch here on our visit to Ardbeg. Great food choices and delicious delivery. I had the caprese sandwich and it was delicious!

Lovely visitors centre, friendly staff and covid safe. There is a van outside offering refreshments however when we went it was bucketing down with rain so grabbed a coffee and sat in the car, coffee was lovely.
