Contribuisci feedbackIf you are in a hurry and hoping to go through the drive thru quickly for a cup of coffee, then you better go somewhere else because the service is sooooo slow. From the few times I went here, it seems to be because there are not enough people scheduled to work. It also seems to be because of Baskin Robbins orders. If everyone in front of you is ordering only coffee, then the line will move quickly, but as soon as there is a Baskin Robbins order placed, the line moves slower than a snail stuck in glue.Minus this one big flaw, the coffee and food tastes delicious and the servers were always extremely friendly.
The selection hs improved since my last visit. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly l. It gets 4 stars because the food was just average. Maybe I am just more of a Krispy Creme girl.
Dakota took my order, he was a very nice young man and has great customer service skills. Thank you again.
Make sure to thru the drive thru. In shop service is basically only focused on drive thru and mobile orders. Waited 10 min to even get a person to take my order. Then I waited another 20 for my order. I kept getting one item at a time for 20 minutes.
By far the worst Dunkin I 've been too. I 'm in town with my husband for a short work trip. First, I was glared at, no greeting just stared. The person was annoyed and rude and I ordered simply, nothing complicated, just coffee and stuffed bagels. His response is what else and then glared at me more. Then sat there a long time waiting on the stuffed bagels. I finally asked and they told me they already gave them to me. After explaining I 've been sitting here I think I would know if you gave me my food they finally tossed some to me that was sitting in the corner. Won 't be back.
