Really liked the strawberry chicken salad , even better quality than expected. Very good Ice cream as well. Super friendly crew , mostly young kids working hard which is rare in todays world. Dining area was clean and wait for food was short. I was very much enjoying my dinner and thinking 5 stars ... then I looked up and saw most of the kids working in the food prep area all take out their cell phones and start texting or whatever during a lul with no customers , some handling their phones still wearing their plastic food gloves. Its todays generation ? I dont want to knock them for working , but a lesson in hygein and food cross contamination might come in handy. ? Maybe even ban phones in their possesion alltogether while on the clock , there's always some cleaning or something to do. This wasn't a deal breaker , I'd probably be back again, just some friendly advice for mgmnt from an experienced traveler .

Service was good. We had ice cream, which was good. The cleanliness was a little disappointing, exposed air vents, and piping needed a good cleaning.

This is the first time my wife and I have been to the Braum's in ark city Kansas, we have zero complaints. We went thru the drive thru and our order was taken quickly, and given to us just as fast. The order was correct and the food didn't taste like it had been sitting all day waiting on us.

We love frequenting Brahms not only for delicious ice cream Dairy treats but also for family meals. The facility itself is not unlike any other Dairy Queen that has been updated in the last 10 years however from a male standpoint I have noticed that the restrooms leave a lot to be desired not saying that they are necessarily dirty just at the general public is not very kind and they may not have the staff to keep them adequately cleaned at all times. However this is never swayed any of us from eating there or recommending it as a local place to get delicious food
