Трам - Arkhyz

European menu with a local flair, clean and cozy interior, and friendly staff. Arkhyz isn't considered a gastronomic destination, as the food mainly consists of khychins and lagman everywhere, but this establishment offers a much more varied menu.

The food here is incredibly delicious! It’s a small family cafe with impressively fast service, which surprised me. The lamb is incredibly tender. We also tried their house-made smoked horse meat sausage (sudzhuk), and it was absolutely amazing. Before coming here, we had eaten at a recommended cabin-style restaurant, which was tasty, but the service there was VERY slow. The prices were also on the higher side, and we were really looking for home-style Caucasian cuisine. This place definitely hits the mark!

The establishment was advertised by their meat supplier, whose store offers excellent meat! However, unfortunately, the expectation did not match reality, as the beef steak was overcooked...

Посетила кафе Трам и осталась в полном восторге! Здесь невероятно душевная атмосфера, где чувствуешь себя как дома. Все очень вкусно — от первых блюд до десертов, видно, что кухня готовит с любовью. Интерьер радует глаз — красиво, уютно и стильно. Также приятно удивила чистота и порядок, что добавляет комфорт в посещение. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать друзьям.
