Bone Daddy's - Arlington

The sides tasted great. The baby back ribs were tender, yet lacked that smoky taste and flavor. The barbecue sauce was the saving grace. As always, it's warm and flavorful. Our server, Michelle, was attentive. Bone Daddy's needs to have a table side kiosk at the tables. That way any customer can have the option to pay for or order their food. Wouldn't hurt to have an app that the customer could download on their phone to pay for their food as well.

My server was Harmony. Good and attentive server. professional and checked on my meal at the right balance. Didn't interrupt the meal too many times. Came by and made sure I had enough beverages and I had or needed anything to enhance my meal. The wait staff could smile a little bit or maybe it was they didn't want to make eye contact. I enjoyed my meal and Harmony had good service. She didn't actually smile at me till I tipped her $20.00 for my $30.00 dollar meal. Again the service was professional yet not warm so I figured she was having a bad day. They all seemed to laugh with each other and enjoy working together yet shared no smiles with customers.

I had to share my experience here today. My family and I come here on a regular basis. So much so the waitresses know us. Today me and my husband came in. We were told they were a but short but would work it all out. Drinks came out quickly along with appetizer. Well while eating one of the managers Rachel was helping bring food to the table was bumped into by who I now know you be the General Manager at the restaurant. He never looked back to apologize. It was so hard until the guest at the table asked was she okay. I asked was she okay and she was shaking. Upon leaving the restaurant he was at the front at the hostess booth. I asked if I could speak with him he said yeah. I told him that we saw him bump into her. And it was rather hard. He was so smug and was like oh I didn 't notice. I said many witnesses saw it. I said you owe her an apology. He said I will but I don 't think that I did that.This is unacceptable behavior. He 's a big guy. And I know tensions could have been high due to the shortage of staff but we can 't treat our fellow co workers with disrespect.

I ordered food paid $70 for something that tastes old and stale and was burnt!! Didn’t even receive my banana pudding i paid for either. Also the potato salad had such big raw potato chunks it was horrible!!Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!Food: 1/5

Their uniforms have changed, so you can take your significant other and not feel uncomfortable! Food was delicious!Food: 4/5
