Booeymonger - Arlington

We visited for lunch to try it out after some time. The place was empty, so we expected the order to be received in a reasonable amount of time (maybe 10 minutes). It took over 20 minutes. Also, while the food had a good taste, but the portions of meat and sides (fries) was minimal. Overall, the experience was average.Food: 4/5

Not very clean first choice was burgers from the menu to be told, we don 't have burgers . Men 's room out of order women 's room dirty with broken paper holder. Sandwiches underwhelming for the price. Clerk at counter didn 't offer smile or personality and spoke so softly I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying. Overall, many better, cleaner, cheaper options nearby and I expect they have working restrooms and soda machines.

Charged more than what is on the menu.. stated that their menu prices had changed and they hadn't changed it on their menus yet.Messed up orders ... And did not give correct change.Maybe they were just having issues with their system or maybe they are under New Management?Was not the best experience, but will try again another time....

Gave this place a few chances but I’m now convinced. (1) I placed an order at 8am when they’re suppose to open, walked to the the restaurant to pick my order up at 8:20 and was still closed when I got there. I called and no one answered and decided to wait a few minutes. No one came so I ended up walking back to my work. I received a call about 8:45 from the store saying my order was ready. Walked back and picked up my food. (2) I paid $12 for a steak and cheese that barely had any meat and cheese on it disgraceful really. (3) Decided to place another order for breakfast at 8am. Got to the restaurant at 8:25 to tell me they didn’t received my order yet they knew what I ordered. I asked for coffee which they hadn’t put and out yet and when they did, I saw a nice sized cockroach running around the coffee supplies and condiments.Y’all had way too many chances to get what you do right. Terribly managed.

Not like it used to be before. The californian was made without alfalfa sprouts (which is listed on the menu), they took away the condiments to add some hot sauce, and the prices keep going up. I'm sorry, I'll be going to somewhere else that can follow their menu properly.
