The egg is usually my favorite part and I love salty food but that was too much. Went with another person and their bowl was a lot better but I'd say still average. The waiter was wonderful. The place was extremely clean and was a nice experience except for the bowl of ramen.
Parking in the back or side of the building. Prices reasonable. Not busy for a Thursday night and easily visible from the main street. Though it was a bit of a wait to get the check. Ordered 2 Tonkotsu and one Takoyaki. The order was mixed up but it was fine because my husband and I were able to add and switch some of the ingredients.
I love Boru! Their spicy miso is delicious but my absolute favorite is the tantanmen. So tingly and flavourful. Their noodles are always nice and chewy and hold up to the broth. They have a good selection of extra toppings. Service here is great and you can grab your favorite import lager to go with your ramen. If you're not in the mood for soup they also offer rice plates. I highly recommend this neighborhood spot on the Pike!
Boru Ramen has amazing ramen! The Crab Meat Ramen ???? dish was my favorite. It was very flavorful and I even added extra eggs, bamboo shoots and Nori. They added a good amount of seaweed to the seaweed salad ???? plus the Yakitori ????was really delicious. My boyfriend ended up getting a delicious Tan Tanmen ramen dish which was delicious with a spicy and flavorful broth. I appreciated the good service despite being the last two people who came in close to the kitchen
Always enjoy eating here before comedy shows nextdoor attentive and fast service, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I highly recommend the Boruballs. I haven?t tried any ramen I haven?t liked yet and look forward to returning!
