They lie on the phone when you confront them about the false delivery by trying to blame the computer. The drivers are worse by not being honest and answering the bell. They try to scurry of like a field mouse after delivering old, cold, and gross pizza. Avoid this place at all cost. Cold over priced pizza is not worth the pain and trouble. Worst experience I've ever had, 0 stars. I will complain to the manager and corporate. Never order here, and if you do, you're supporting robbing folks of their hard earned money. This place is such a sorry excuse of a business. You'd be better eating wet cardboard covered in cheese than going here.
DO NOT park in this Dominos lot and go anywhere else! There is a TOW company on the same block. They have lookouts and will tow your car within 20 minutes. $160
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. As a former manager at Dominoes this is not how a store should be run. Driver took more than an hour and a half to arrive, despite my order appearing to have been delivered based on the online tracker. Food was cold. Multiple calls to the store netted me several different delivery estimates despite online saying that my order had already been delivered. don 't worry about it, it will get there when it gets there . Horrible store, and even worse staff.
Order here a lot with a buddy, will never again. We ordered dominos on the 3rd of July. They marked it delivered after 30 minutes? Okay, we called after an hour to see if the food was ready. He told us it was on its way. We waited a total of two hours for him to tell us that they will be cancelling and refunding orders. I never got a refund. Now I have to go out of my way to call and get a refund somehow or chargeback. Worst pizza place ever.
Update: Formalized complaint with corporate and franchise today?? Wow! Horrible horrible people work here. No wonder they have 2 stars. Edwin and and the manager who refused to give us his name over the phone need to be fired. Last night we ordered a salad, pasta and chicken bites for the 6.99 each delivery deal. The pasta carbonara dish was half full. It had 3 small pieces of chicken in it and 3 mushroom slices! What a joke. The salad was also a joke. Barely half full. See photos. As soon as we got the delivery, we called the store to be told by Edwin that he could do nothing because the manager already left. We asked for a refund and he refused. THEN he accused us eating the pasta before taking photos. Lol. Really? Playing mind games with unhappy customers is really professional. He told us to call back the next day and speak with the manager. Today, we called and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager who refused to give us his name saying it was ?confidential?. He had an accent as did Edwin. We told him what happened last night, and he said that corporate dictates what quantity goes into the pasta bowl and that previously employees put too much in the bowls. We asked for a refund and when we provided the order number and phone number, this dude said he could not find our order even though we were looking at the info in an email. Lies. Dominos why hasn?t this store been shut down with the excessive low quality that comes from it?
