Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this restaurant were very friendly. I ordered chicken for my children, which they enjoyed. However, the chicken strips we ordered were tough and rubbery, almost like chewing on paper. Overall, the experience was good.
Usually KFC is amazing and the staff are well trained in customer service, but this particular KFC disappointed me with my recent experience. We placed three orders, two of which required utensils that were not included in the bag. There were also no napkins provided. I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and it was incredibly dry, making it difficult to chew. The cookies we ordered seemed to be reheated as they were hard to chew and were served without butter or honey packets. To make matters worse, the lady at the front counter was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked for napkins. Overall, my experience was not good and I will not be returning to this location.
I recently moved back to Smokey Point and decided to try out this restaurant. I must say that most KFCs have great food. What sets any restaurant apart is its service and quality. Unfortunately, I have not found that here. I was disappointed with my meal as it tasted old, dry, and not very appetizing. In the past, I have had great experiences at other KFC locations with both food and service, but this one seems to be an exception. I will give it another chance today because I have heard good things. We shall see.
Missing part of my order. I'm sorry, but everyone knows that's necessary. I paid for my meal and got most of it. I figured out when I came home, get it together. I should get a refund. the app is a pain to make any kind of claims. even with my reception.
Very forgetful crew. Had to go twice to get stuff from our order.
