Krystal - Arlington

Dressed and 35 minutes... I think they were surprised id wait.... definitely not a place for a moment. Customer service is sub par. That was great when it opened... please avoid, unless you have patience?

These crystals must be burned to the ground, no need to exist for this restaurant. Never open during business hours and when they are opened, they never have menu items. They always accuse that the truck has not arrived that this place is a embarrassment.

The place was dirty inside, the lady bath, the floors, tables and behind the counters. I probably shouldn't have ordered. The food of this Krystal has always been good and that was the first time I was inside in a very long time. It needs a big cleaning. The manager was friendly, but that doesn't make cleanliness.

This place was pretty good. When I woke up, I was in the line first, so no problems wait. For my freshly cooked burgers the little five minutes were not bad. I ate in the parking lot, but notice many onions on my order. My daughter took her back and without an apologies the manager and made our 12 crystals (we had eaten four of the twelve). It was a little longer waiting, but then lunch had arrived. She informed my daughter to give her a minute and they would take care of us!! She did that. It is hard to find good customer service and they have amazing today! I live at 38125, but when I'm back in the area, I'm going to look by. Thank you Krystal staff for a difference on a day you appreciate!!!

This place needs to be shut down and start completely over. This place is ?closed? all the time. Pulled up at 6:30pm and was told they were CLOSED. How are you closed at 6:30? Really? It?s absolutely ridiculous. The employees look like they are enjoying themselves inside not doing anything. That?s stealing dollars from the company. I see the reviews below about Krystal?s being concerned and if they were they?d do something about it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
