Off The Hoof Burgers - Arlington

We were just traveling through town and stopped for a bite. The burgers were very good served hot, perfectly cooked. I love the frickels they have the perfect crunch. The staff was very friendly. It was okay food. I got the Lee Burger which has cheese in the middle and asked for it cooled medium. It was definitely more medium rare to rare. I'm not squeemish about a rare steak (in fact that's how I order them) but Burgers are different and it's not what I ordered. Staff was nice and the food was brought out in a timely manner.
