Baked ziti was OK, they just put parmasean cheese on top of pasta and marinara sauce. But the delivery was very quick.

I love their Mediterranean pizza it's a bit different from Mediterranean pizzas at other places, because it has roasted eggplant (yum! and doesn't have any olives (which I don't like anyway, so that works for me . Consistently good pizza.

The service people at Venice Italian Kitchen is one of a very friendly professional environment. They make me and my family feel welcomed each time we get takeout and it is a pleasure interacting with the kind folks there! I keep coming back because the food is tasty, portions price are very reasonable, ingredienta are fresh and the homemade bread desserts are yummy! I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes at this restaurant. I had no trouble getting full thanks to the large pieces of flavorful, crispy chicken served with fries. The steak and cheese was surprisingly good, which was a relief since it was my main choice for dinner. The pizza was decent; it had good flavor but was a bit oily. The steak salad was excellent as well. Overall, I definitely plan to return to try other options, like the calzone.

The food was excellent and arrived very quickly, all the way in Somerville. I would definitely order again.
