I agree wholeheartedly with all of the reviews before mine. If this company were an animal I'd advise euthanasia.

Very busy location couldn't get my iced coffee right but an associate named Kassaundra helped me out a lot until my problem was fixed and was very nice! (

The employees stick their hands in the cups while fixing the drinks. It happened multiple times while waiting on my food today. My fries were handed to me cold and I politely asked for fresh fries. I said thank you to the cashier and she said absolutely nothing back to me. I was nice about it. Just rude customer service!

Spent 28 mins in line to get cold fries when I asked for hot fries the girl had an attitude. If you don’t like your job maybe you shouldn’t work here maybe you should call it long food because it definitely isn’t fast food. Won’t be coming back! Got home no ranch, tea was not sweet like I asked they gave me unsweetened and both sandwiches were dry and old! You people suck!

I could not believe the amount of time and effort I had to put into getting my simple order!! I was in the line for an hour!! An hour!!!! Everyone inside has no clue what they are doing and can’t follow a SIMPLE order correctly. These people doubt me on what I have on my printed receipt and then continue to ask over and over again what I needed when they had the receipt in their hands. They have to be high or on something. There’s no way there’s this level on incompetency in this establishment. Very disappointing!
