Phở Pasteur - Arlington

Originally went to the cafe beside this restaurant, but decided pho would be a more satisfying breakfast. I’m so happy I took the chance because the food was incredibly fresh and delicious they offer excellent portion sizes. I had a vegetarian vermicelli dish and my expectations were surpassed. Though the vegetarian options are few, they were solid choices. The service was also fantastic— attentive, but not pushy. Also, after finishing our meal and having a bit of conversation, my friend and I stayed there for an extra hour or two working on our laptops and the staff members remained very friendly even then. Highly recommend! Definitely my new go to for Vietnamese in this region of Arlington.

DO YOU LIKE SOUP? THEN THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE!! The broth is ADDICTIVE and the meat cuts were all nice and tender each time I’ve come here. Do not sleep on the salted lemonade!!! It’s the best I’ve tried in all of DFW.

Absolutely incredible. The food was delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. A hidden gem. I’m from New York City and I’ve had pho in the city, but this one surpassed what I’ve had! So delicious I can’t wait to visit again! Oh and the lemongrass chicken with rice was full of flavor.

I’ve been eating pho for almost 30 years. This is truly some of the best I’ve had. They use a little more cilantro and green onion to garnish which I really really liked. The quality of the pho broth is of the highest quality. I will definitely return. Update: 12/25/23 The food is still awesome if not better than before. The waitress was very kind and attentive, as well as the gentleman at the cash register. I really do love this place.
