Pollo Regio - Arlington

It's sad that Pollo Regio has degraded to just another fast food place. The flavors and once authentic taste that took the company up are gone. It just taste like corporate margins now.

I've been dining at this restaurant since I relocated to Arlington, but lately, the chicken has been overly dry and almost inedible as a result. The charro beans are often spilled all over the place, and they frequently forget items in my order. While the service isn't rude, it's not particularly friendly either; they don't greet you or express any appreciation. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I come here at least two times a week the service is incredible and of course the food!!!!

Make sure to try the tacos! I could eat here every day. The chicken is incredible and truly a winning recipe. I can't wait to come back again!
