I am not a 'Review Person, ' but once in a while you come across a staff member or a level of service that makes your day. In the pouring rain and in a hurry, I stopped in at this Potbelly and everything was perfect. From the customer service, to accuracy taste of my order to the unbelievably clean restroom. This Potbelly Exemplified an Outstanding Customer Experience. Thank You!

So better than the common sub place. I had the veggie sub with all toppings. Their Oreo shake was so good!

The sandwiches are delicious and prepared fresh to order. My favorite is the broccoli cheddar soup—it's full of flavor and has a thick, creamy texture. The staff is consistently nice and friendly. I’ve noticed that the drive-thru and lobby close early during the last 30 minutes of the restaurant's hours, but you can still go inside and place a to-go order.

I placed an order with a lot of specific preferences. They were quite busy during lunch, so I anticipated a wait. However, when I walked in, my order was ready, it was accurate, and it tasted great.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service during my visits the last two Thursdays at 11:15. The food was fantastic as well. Thank you!
