Starbucks - Arlington

I absolutely love that they have the pumpkin cold foam and pumpkin spice available again! I can’t get enough of it. They should really make it a permanent menu item!

I’m really frustrated today. I waited 20 minutes for my coffee, and I only noticed the time because others who arrived after me were already receiving their drinks. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for 15 minutes, the staff said they would make it right away, but it still didn’t come until my ticket was ready. Once I asked for a refund, suddenly my drink came out. I understand that it can get busy, but 20 minutes is excessive. I ordered at 11:10 and didn’t get my order until 11:30. Super upset.

Starbucks is always my go-to place when I'm feeling low. Their coffee rejuvenates my spirit and fills me with warmth. I honestly don’t know how I would survive the dreariness of life without Starbucks!

Great service and friendly staff. I will be going there when I am in the area. They also have gift cards and items that are great for presents.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. It's not exactly the closest Starbucks to my house but they make the best drinks so I choose to drive over here. Service can be slow but I've never been to a Starbucks that didn't make you wait at least a little bit. Either way, it's worth the wait to me! Everyone that works there is nice and friendly! I don't need to be greeted with a big loud happy explosion everytime I go in and the people that work there are busy. They are always polite and apologetic about wait times during heavy rush hours but I expect a longer wait when I'm ordering before work. Anytime I've gone during the weekends or at a later time during the week there is no wait. Drinks are consistent, I always order a bunch of extra shots and they still manage to make drinks that don't taste like mud lol. 10/10 location :
