Starbucks - Arlington

This Starbucks is the closest one to my home, and I've been visiting since high school! My sister often gets the Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich with a Peach Green Tea Lemonade, while my favorite to-go order is a Turkey Pesto Panini paired with a Venti Mango Tea Lemonade.

I have to say, they really struggle with making a Caramel Macchiato. Each time I order it, it ends up being bitter and lacking any sweetness. The first time I asked for extra sugar, they told me it was already sweet enough. Yet even with the added sugar, it still doesn't taste sweet at all. It's such a disappointment for $6.

This is my local Starbucks and my favorite one as well, I?m here usually 7 days of the week lol but I just wanted to give the staff here a great review , they always always make my drink orders to perfection. Ethan , is absolutely the sweetest and always takes good care of me. All very hard working , and awesome customer service. My fav store.

The location was difficult to access, and when I ordered a Chocolate Cream Cold Brew, they ran out of sweet cream. They suggested an alternative, but the price didn’t change. I requested extra creamer, but they didn’t provide it. When I asked for some at the window, the staff were quite rude when I pointed out that I had originally asked for creamer. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks; I was very disappointed.

I visited the Starbucks on Cooper and Park Row, and I just want to give a shoutout to Kevin. My order was exactly what I hoped for, and the customer service was outstanding—he really went above and beyond! Thank you!
