I understand that mistakes can happen, but when there's a long line and I have to wait behind at least four customers to correct the error, it shows poor customer service. I was on a tight schedule and placed my order well in advance, expecting a smooth experience, but that was not the case.
The older gentleman, Mr. Josh, with his striking eyes and gray beard, is truly charming! The food was fantastic as well! There are children from a nearby school who come here, and while they can be a bit loud and disruptive at times, some of them are quite pleasant. They often read while they eat. Overall, it’s a comfy spot to enjoy a meal.
Honestly, it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. The employee named John was a bit slow, but he crafted an excellent sandwich and even gave me great recommendations for spices to add.
Even though they were out of meatballs the girl working who was super sweet, helped me with my order and was very professional and knowledgeable. I'll definitely come back.
Stop by there on Sunday to get a sub there counter look very dirty and the Salads are looking very old I asked the worker why is like this he said everything fresh and he was very rude didn’t help at all.
