TGI FRIDAYS - North Arlington

That was not a pleasant experience. We should have known that there was a problem here when we arrived on Saturday night at 7:00, in a mostly empty restaurant. Let's start with the food. The food was less than acceptable. We had the tip of a plastic bag under melted cheese on a ree. The other tasted like the chefs had emptied a whole bottle of black pepper in it. The burgers we ordered were good and the highlight of a very bad visit. Normally, I am very vain by waiting staff, her job is hard enough. It's different this time. The waiter argued with us at least twice about our order. We found ourselves almost apologised for allergies and asked him to remove an article from an Entree order. He never refilled our glasses. He made the drinks orders wrong. He never apologized. He even made the comment that he didn't like well because he was so efficient. Unfortunately, we could not see any effectiveness. We wanted to see the manager, and that was after we found the half-melted plastic bag in our food. He took 30 minutes to get to the table. When he arrived, he gave his tardiness that the kitchen staff was muded. The place wasn't half full. He didn't offer to restore food. The rest of the table had finished their food and left this person for the evening without dinner. I don't suggest you eat here. There are many very good options nearby in almost all directions.

Long story short don 't go here!!! The waitresses have no energy and no positive attitude, whatever you order they 're going to get it wrong. Too expensive for such small servings. The fries were not seasoned as advertised, the salmon serving was super small like for a baby, the chicken was way overdone and they were very stingy with the bacon and avocado. Not to mention the food was lukewarm at best, and the restaurant was freezing and it 's not summertime. The menus are paper because they 're too cheap to use plastic, the men 's and women 's bathrooms are completely on the opposite side of the restaurant from each other, and barely anybody was there during a dinner rush . This was actually the very first time that I had been to a TGI Fridays and I will never go ever again. First impressions with me mean everything. My advice, don 't eat at any TGI Friday 's. Not worth the headache!

I used to come here all the time. Food and drinks were good and their service was amazing. Came in today, the hostess with red braids seemed like she didn’t want to do her job but she did sit at a booth on her phone. My server on the other hand was too busy talking to the people he was training to check on us! I ordered wings and they were brought out as an appetizer and without the rest of my food. The wings are small and overcooked; just wasn’t tasteful at all! Everyone is on their cellphones. Me personally will never come back to this location/ franchise!

I got delivery, and the food was immaculate. Everything was on point. The rice pilaf was fresh and tasty, the lemon butter broccoli was perfectly cooked, and the whiskey glazes burger seasoned fries were also cooked to perfection. The gluten free bun was just as good as a normal bun. I feel like I got really good value for the money I spent, hats off to the chef tonight.

Picked up hubby from Dallas station today. He was hungry, I was hungry, but we didn't know where to go, so we ended up in Arlington on TGI Friday? The place was not busy as he was just open for lunch. Our server, I think her name was Bobbie, did an amazing job and was very attentive when we drink refills or plates removed, plus she was very nice? Is the Bacon Cheeseburger pictured? and by golly, it was one of the best burgers I had in a long time. Juicy and cooked for perfection? You have a really good dessert menu to choose, but between the burgers, fries and potato skins, we had no place for dessert All in all it was a great experience and we will be back?
