B-bee Crepe Boba - Arlington Heights

I used to enjoy their drinks and crepes, but unfortunately, the restaurant has not been able to maintain their quality. It always seems to be understaffed, with only 1-2 teenagers working at a time. They struggle to greet customers, take orders, and prepare drinks simultaneously. They used to customize drinks for us, but now they no longer accommodate our requests. It's disappointing to see the decline in service.

What happened to the Japanese crepes? They used to be stuffed with cream, fruits, sauces, and whatever else you wanted. Then rolled up like a delicious crepe ice cream cone. That's how they do it in Japan. But now, it's just a folded up piece of crepewith stuff tossed on top. This used to be the only place I could get actual Japanese style crepes. But it's like they're leaningmore on their drinks now and the crepes are just an afterthought. I loved this place, so it's really unfortunate to say I won'tbe back. But it has lost all the charm and qualities I used to love. I hope they go back to doing crepes the way they do inJapan. But until then, I won't be returning.

I can't remember the name of the place, but it serves matcha and strawberry crepes. The crepe was average and I wouldn't purchase it again. The bubble tea was decent.

The restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food they serve. I requested strawberries instead of ice cream and was charged $2.25 for thin slices of strawberries, which were not even a full serving. The bananas were brown and the whipped cream looked old as it was watery. I paid $10.75 for this subpar meal. Additionally, the store manager was rude and unprofessional when handling my order mistake. She did not apologize and became visibly flustered when I pointed it out. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The crepes are SO good. I regularly volunteer to drive friends to O'Hare just so I can go grab one. I feel the price is fair and my only complaint would be the really long wait time. But if you go on a weekend it's to be expected since the food court ispacked. Never tried their drinks though.
