Baskin-robbins - Arlington Heights

The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. We ordered an ice cream waffle bowl along with strawberry shakes and malts. Everything was delicious, making for a delightful dessert.

I ordered a cake online, and my order was canceled because they said they couldn't fulfill it at the online price. They informed me that the cost would actually be double what was listed online. If they can't make the cake for the price advertised, then why post those prices to begin with?

The coworkers are fantastic! The service is excellent.
