Original Pocono Pub And Grill

I was in Pocono pub on Tuesday and I don't usually leave reviews, but I think my server, Madison, deserves the greatest respect and thanks. She was attentive, worried and was a phenomenal waitress. Get this young lady an ascent and promotion! All waiters at Pocono Pub are extremely respectful and in no case second! Your service is no longer! Thank you to the Pocono Pub staff for always there with a positive attitude!

Did you come back tonight? Two! Bartender's name was Sammy (sorry when I wrote it wrong). I ordered meatballs. Drinks were fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive! Thank you, Sammy!!! He made great drinks and took the time though the bar was super busy on a Saturday night! Meatball Parm was spiced and it was so good I forgot to make a picture. Steve, the manager, is super helpful (of what I've been watching) to his staff. He seems like a manager I wished when I was bartending. He did a COUPLE time during my visit. The mood of this place today is phenomenal, relaxed, cheerful, friendly and warm. Nice to be here. Cheers.

No good experience. I travel a lot and always try to go to the local places. It is usually friendly service and good food. Not this! it wasn't crowded, but it was very stuffed no air. My waitress, Madison, was distracted. I had to wait to place my first order for beer, and was never told about the special that sounded very good I heard that the waitress says the table behind me! I ordered the fish sandwich and Old Bay Fries. The rolls were very scary and there was no old bay on the french! When I got Madison's attention, she said she had nothing but problems with the kitchen. She came back and told me it's gonna be about 5 minutes as they're falling new fries. Less than a minute later she came back with a basket of Pommes, which was clearly corrugated and coated with a bunch of Old Bay. When I asked her about it, she said that they definitely dropped new fries, she saw them. Don't. When she brought the check, she said she pulled the fries off. No, the .025 for Old Bay Fries was still on the bill; it was only .25. I understand it's a bar and bar food. But don't lie to take the charge off the bill, just give me a beer! If you're on the go, go to one of the many chain restaurants!

The food was very good and what you would expect for pub food. But the service was incredibly good. Clean. The terrace is the most precious Homiest Vibe. The restroom was very clean. An excellent note that the kitchen is just as clean. High standards.

Steve and Joe and Alyssa and the whole staff are attentive, friendly and sincere. Karaoke night is a blast(even if I didn't sing/ btw, dinner if the staff are incredible talents themselves), it all adds up to be the place to BE! I find myself meeting new and interesting people Everytime I go! You will too! Great menu specials too!!
