Starbucks - Arlington Heights

Good service, always fully staffed. The background music is a bit too loud for me personally to be able to have a dialogue or take a phone call while working there, otherwise, great location.

This is one of the quickest Starbucks locations I've visited. Perhaps it's because many people prefer the drive-thru, but regardless, the service is both efficient and friendly. They also appear to have a larger stock of items, so they run out of products less often than other branches.

The staff is friendly and attentive about 9 out of 10 times I visit, and I can always rely on the quality of their flat whites. However, I have to say I'm quite disappointed with the cold brew at this location. It consistently tastes watered down and somewhat overbrewed. A tiny splash of cream shouldn't nearly drown the coffee's flavor, and while I understand that cold brew can be a bit tricky to make, I feel this shouldn't be a problem if they follow proper standards.
