Starbucks - Arlington Heights

This is usually my go-to place, but today my order was given to someone else. I received a call and couldn’t wait for another order to be prepared, so I ended up losing my money. It was a disappointing way to start the day. Next time, I’ll plan my time better instead of ordering through the mobile app while in line.

I'm not sure why their website mentions a drive-thru, but they actually don't have one.

On Wednesday 2/16 we met a friend for a quick cup coffee. I went in and noticed no chairs, asked if they were not in and 2 young workers said no din in. I told them that the Google card they still listed as dine in available. at this point they became rude and obviously told me that I was wrong!? I was wrong! the internet maybe, but there was rest. why on earth would dieucks coworkers like this and take sitting opportunities in our little city dieucks? there are 2 other coffee shops within 2 blocks both not owned by companies. only to say
