We have been going to Ttowa for years, but Covid definitely hurt this restaurant from a dine-in standpoint. The food is still very good, but the menu has been reduced. Also, there is no dine-in atmosphere any longer. It is just a bunch of tables with several tables filled. There is nothing special about the dining experience.
Love this place. It’s BYOB with great food. Must try it spot.
This place is the absolute best. I can’t say enough great things about the food and service.
I love the dak buns at this restaurant. The service was great and it wasn't too crowded on a Friday evening.
