Asian Bistro - Arlington Ht

Great food, but menu prices do not reflect the higher rates you will be charged for. They made no attempt to tell us this until we got the (much higher than expected) bill. Just a small note that the prices had changed would’ve been better than this surprise.

Quiet restaurant with lots of room. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food took a while to come, but it was very tasty.

PLACED ORDER ONLINE, PICK UP (ASAP) WAS 1HR. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT IT, THE MAN THEN TOLD ME THE PRICES ONLINE ARE A DOLLAR MORE. THEN WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD GET A NEW TOTAL, HE TOLD ME HE WAS TO BUSY FOR ME. SO I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND HE SAID WHATEVER AND HUNG UP. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT CARE HOW GREAT YOUR FOOD IS BE NICE OR DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN!

The place is dirty and has a roach problem. I found a roach in my food. Pretty gross. Old lady is a nut too and can’t provide good customer service. You want good food and service go to ming hin or chef ping. This place is nasty trash.

Really poor service. The waitress was rude right when we sat down. She said 愛吃不吃, which means “I don’t care if you eat or not eat”. My family and I were super excited about the food, but the service attitude completely ruined the experience for us. Update: the waitress started yelling at us. We did not stay for our meal.
