Late delivery of cold pizza and poorly cooked paste

Order placed at 7:45 pm for a delivery at 9:30 pm by choice, and they still managed to arrive at 10:10 pm, it is not very professional of them ..

Very good meal and delivered with a little advance. Very nice. However, there was a dessert in order. We ordered 2 cookies and received 1 alone.

It's been two times that the delivery guy stays in his car and gives me pizza through the window of this one while I ask him on the phone to get into the sas result I walked naked on a piece of glass coming home!

Too bad he doesn't climb upstairs especially when there is a lift. otherwise everything is perfect.
