Lan Ting Japanese - Armidale

We were very happy to find this little Teppanyaki joint in Armidale. Very nice cooked meals and fun to watch as it is prepared with flair.

Very comfortable restaurant with great food and service. The staff is attentive and courteous, very pleasant to communicate. The food is very nice, you have the opportunity to observe the cook and there is a good selection of meals for different price classes to choose. The deserts are a little expensive for what you get compared to the rest of the food. I recommend this place for dinner. I might have just become regular.

Great food, really good selection of Teppanyaki and style cooking. If that were in our area in Canberra, we'd eat here all the time.

Generous servings. Our waitress struggled a bit with English, but the overall experience was infallible. A little bit pricey but that is to be expected when food is this quality. The scallops were plump and perfectly fried off, prawns were accompanied by an exquisite lemon pepper dressing, lamb was hot and spicy just as requested and they catered to my friend's allergies so you know the food is fresh. Do try the warm Japanese Saké.
