Jack In The Box - Arnold

Restaurant is never open. Sometimes you go there and they say no orders only DoorDash orders only you never know if the restaurants gonna be opened. This has been going on for years and years and years. It's terrible service terrible restaurant Jack-in-the-Box should just close this location down. It's been a disaster for many years. There is absolutely no reason to go there. Just close the restaurant down if you're not gonna be open. Seriously, just close down.

They are closed when they are supposed to be open for several more hours

Same old horrible jack in the box in Arnold and guess never found a competent person to run the place. Will be going to imperial from now on.

To call this a restaurant is to call a garbage scow the Queen Mary. 6:15 PM...Went to drive thru, ordered 4 TACOS charged us for 4 ORDERS of 2 tacos....went to window, tried to explain to the stoned out of his mind employee we only want FOUR TACOS...he says Eight tacos? NO....FOUR TACOS... that 's 2 bucks ...no we want FOUR TACOS ... oh...that 's $4.13 ...meanwhile my wife and I get to view, through the drive thru window, the other employees twerking and walking around with saggin pants and their underwear showing.....SOOOO APPETIZING!!! Is there a manager anywhere? Probably stoned also. DO NOT EVER EAT THERE! JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN.

Got our food fast, and the burger and fries were delicious,
