Long John Silver's (32128) - Arnold

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient service at this restaurant. Many food establishments have been affected by Covid and service has suffered, but this place had friendly and fast service. My order was prepared promptly, arrived hot and fresh, and was exactly what I had ordered. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The service was quick. The prices have increased a bit. The hush puppies weren't as good as Captain D's. The fish is not as fresh. However, the service was good.

The food was fantastic! It was great to see that there were a series of updates in the dining and relaxation areas. The staff and service were excellent.

I went to the long john silver in arnold several times, because my older mom likes to cajau and it seems that they are the only ones that have it. So today I went to my mother and to her side she asked for wobble rings and coleslaw. when I told the girl who went through the drive, she told me they had no wobble rings. I told her that it shows that they have them on their menu online. she said they didn't and what it shows online is not her problem. So I ordered koleslaw and mais. When I came into the window, zoey was as always very rude. So I get the food home and the fish was super fat, where the box was fat soaked and the koleslaw was nothing but cauliflower and mayonnaise. just disgusting!

I came all the way from Festus tonight and waited there 5 minutes before close time. I waited at the speaker saying Hello for them to ignore me for those few minutes. They turned out the lights on me and didnt even say they were closing. I was there in line before close time and they should of helped me but did not. Now that is horrible service and I will start traveling to Farmington Long John's because this place is going down hill. Which is sad because I remember coming here with my grandparents as a kid! You lost a big order and instead Captain D's got it. I will let my family know to go else where as well. This is definitely not the same place my grandparents use to rave about when I was younger! I understand with Covid that people are short handed but when I drove out, there was like 5 workers just standing there.
