Starbucks - Arnold

Always greeted with a smiling face. rarely a line that is bonus! Drinks are always great.

I can't say much for one dead. you would expect. Unfortunately, I was greeted tonight by an unfriendly employee. she had a disgusting attitude to everyone I ordered. it was pretty busy for 5 o'clock and she worked alone, so maybe she was burned out. not only that, but when she made drinks, she left the water. I was there about 5 minutes, all the time the water was running. when I left, water still ran. ironically there was a sign next to the flowing water, save water. I told her to have a nice night, but no answer back.

Family loves coffee so we hit this spot during our shopping trips or once in a while just for the coffee. Staff is friendly too.

Says they open at 5 am. So arrive at almost 530, take a detour on our way home to get coffee and breakfast for 5 people, only for the Starbucks to not be open and the store worker saying she doesn’t know what time they open??? Um ok you open obviously but don’t know what time Starbucks opens? Maybe get more reliable workers
