Sonic Drive-in - Arnold Air Force Base

I recently had a mobile order where I recieved an order thar was not mine. They were busy with the 1/2 price burger night and I knew mistakes can be made in a rush. They politely admitted to their mistake and remade my order. Ill still patronize Sonic regardless.

Lovely service, however the ad on each screen sign says open till 11pm or later but Google says they close at 10pm. Very confusing on what time they actually close.

Food was not good,for what I paid for it..those new pulled pork cheeseburgers didn't have hardly any on them and the drinks have way to much ice.

Just one time, I would love to get fresh tots from the Sonic on North Jackson in Tullahoma. I realize they are trying to save money but giving out tots that were cooked at lunch at 6:30 pm that cold and not even reheated is not the way to keep repeat customers. Some how the Sonic in Murfreesboro always served fresh hot tots every time I go there.

Y’all could learn how to answer a phone. I worked in food many years and it’s not hard.
