Wendy's - Arnold Air Force Base

Hamburger was luke warm, my wife couldn't finish her chili, and the cashier was colder than the burger. All the Wendy's Tullahoma Shelbyville Winchester are not worth your time or money!

This Wendy’s has always sucked. Snarky employees that can never get your order right along with ALWAYS having to wait lol. It’s ridiculous, just go down the road to another establishment because this has happened every time.

The last couple times that we have went through the drive thru. The people in the window are not friendly.

Long wait time for food thru drive thru. Employee wasn't very friendly. Food was overpriced for the items we ordered. Did not receive spoons for frosty. I understand weather put a damper on the day but if your serving the general public then at least smile and have common courtesy. A simile and have a great day goes a long way!
