Also, no where else in town has Pad Thai. 1st trip due to the big lettuce recall, they were out of a few...items so the chef substituted for something else. She came out to explain and was very friendly, the substitution was great! The negative part was the noodles were under cooked almost crunchy. 2nd visit I really wanted some Pad Thai, so I gave it another shot. Went this time with my hubby for a lunch date. Service was slow, but most tables were full so that was understandable at least she was friendly. We had the spinach dip delicious, but they do not give you enough pita to dip in we asked for more and got charged for the extra (fine, but perhaps mention it before hand). I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken this time. The chicken was so dry I couldn 't eat it all. It tasted as though it was boiled at the beginning of the week. 3rd time 's a charm right? We went in, and there were 3 tables full. Well apparently this is too much for the server that was on. We seated ourselves right by the cash, and she walked by us 4 times no eye contact, no welcome i 'll just be a moment, and then she disappeared into the kitchen. We found some menu 's, and picked out our order 's....still nothing. you could see into the kitchen, and no one would look up. After waiting 15 MINUTES without even an acknowledgment that we were there or would be served in a few moments, we left. Management hire staff who are at least friendly. I 've worked in the industry for years, a simple smile and 'i 'll be with you in a moment ' bids you time for the incredibly slow service. I really tried to give them a shot, but will not return or recommend anyone else go there.
This was my first time at the M3 Eatery and it won't be my last. Very clean, quiet atmosphere and comfortable spacing between tables. The food was fresh made and delicious. I chose a couple of appetizers for my lunch and ended up having to take the rest home. The spinach dip and pita chips were fabulous and the chef/cook had no problem substituting the meat in my quesadilla for something else. (Other restaurants substituting have used the same grill as was just used for grilling meat and only someone abstaining from meat can understand this.) The food was nicely presented and tasted awesome with just the right amount of guac and sour cream served on the side. It's nice to know going out with friends or family has healthier choices than those fast food, deep-frying, here comes the heart attack restaurants.
We were deciding on where to have lunch today. My friend suggested we go to the M3 Eatery. It would be my first time there. We were seated and she came back to take our order. It didn't take long for our meal to come and when it did it was AWESOME! The food was delicious, service very friendly. Would I go back, in a heart beat! The owner apologized for not coming over to say hello, let me tell you, that is the first time I have ever had the owner do something like that!! Will I return, absolutely!!
Friendly staff, good food, great price and choice and served drinks, makes many evenings and entertainment and is opened for them to host special events in their free time
The food at this restaurant is excellent and perfect for a family like mine. The only issue was that the waitress seemed quite unhappy, and it took 45 minutes to receive a bowl of noodles. However, the noodles were delicious!
